Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Manager – Critical Mission in São Paulo – SP.



  • Focus on direct sales for the assigned region;

  • Prospect, contact and visit potential partner/customers and existing partners/customers, exploring new market segments;

  • Prepare, check and send sales proposals based on customers’ expectations and market needs;

  • Prepares reports, presentations and closures;

  • Lead contract negotiations with customers;

  • Manage the Key Account Managers’ team.

Education / Experience required to meet position qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Electric or Mechanic;
  • Experience in direct sales;
  • Experience in team management;
  • Experience with critical mission players;
  • Advanced English;
  • Computer skills with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and the Internet;
  • Sales Planning skills;
  • Strong business acumen with proven sales strategic plan implementation with measurable results;
  • Strong interpersonal skills;
  • Strong team player that actively contributes to the group’s success;
  • Availability to travel up to 50%.
