Plans and directs the overall manufacturing activities of the plant; provides manufacturing advice and assistance to other departments. Supervises and directs supervisors in the manufacture of Feeders or Molding components.
Manages, directs and coordinates plant operations. Ensures achievement of company objectives by delegating authority to key supervisors in production, methods, cost accounting, maintenance and other related operations.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. Preferable: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical or Electrical).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in similar position in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement Initiatives, Fabrication expertise (Stamping, Molding and Plating preferable)
- Strong oral/written English and Spanish communications skills.
- Computer literacy.
- Able to work in Puerto Rico/United States without company sponsorship.
