As Sales Support & Quotation for Residential & Light Commercial, you are responsible for identifying and executing the growth strategy for existing business fields in Residential & Light Commercial Segment to hit Eaton’s segment specific profit plan targets. You are responsible for establishing detailed market, segment and customer analyzes as a base for the growth funnel. Furthermore, you will be responsible for developing and closing new sales opportunities according growth plan, as well as for tracking and reporting Segment Sales per Country and customer profitability and setting appropriate actions accordingly.


Your key deliverables :

  • Execute the segment pricing strategy with the Country Sales Organization to assure growth and long term profitability
  • Develop and execute the go-to market plans on target customers in alignment with seasonal launches
  • Identify possible objectives as input for the strategy
  • Define sales target as an input of the Profit Plan out of the targeted business fields
  • Guide the Business Target Agreement process in alignment with the Country Sales Organizations
  • Contribute in the Sales Inventory Operation Planning process
  • Provide support to the Country Sales Organization on identifying cross selling opportunities, possible partnerships and special market development programs
  • Measure and understand the segment performance with focus on sales and profitability according to profit plan and forecast


Do you have / Are you?

  • College degree or equivalent in technical or engineering field OR
  • Bachelor’s degree in business management or business administration

  • Technical understanding preferred 
  • Min 2-3 years of commercial/sales support /inside sales experience required 
  • Able to select markets, customers and segments, selling value capabilities
  • Country, Customer and Segment specific application know-how (for Residential & Light Commercial Applications)
  • Knowledge of price positioning in different countries & segments
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, especially Excel 
  • Intercultural understanding and able to deal with different cultures
  • Fluent English 


  • German preferred
  • Further languages well appreciated
  • Interpersonal and influencing skills, ability to coordinate

Depending on the qualification, we offer a compensation according to the Austrian collective bargaining agreement of the electrical and electronics industry in the respective employment group taking into account the years of service in the respective employment group, willingness to overpay depending on the relevant professional experience and qualification.
