Eaton’s Hydraulic division is currently seeking a Production Analyst to join our team. This position is based at our Queretaro facility.
The Production Analyst is responsible for the creation, analysis and monitoring of production indicators in a daily basis, in order to achieve the productive requirements through the correct planning of resources across the department. Responsible for the programming and forecasting the critical processes (Grinding, Machining, etc.) providing proposals for improvements in terms of performance and profitability

Some activities related with the position will be:
Generate productivity reports on a daily and monthly basis.
Assure daily productivity compliance with production planning by following up absorption by process and / or commodity.
Generate, analyze and monitor the indicator of daily produced parts (Linearity) of the area.
Detect critical points or bottlenecks in the process.
Support for generation and correction of work orders to ensure production.
Support in the realization of Backflush.
Control of WIP inventories through FIFO.
Monitoring and analysis of quality problems in the productive areas.
Generate weekly and monthly production closing reports.
Support generating tickets and training in MFG Pro for productive personnel.
Collaborates in production headcount control and payroll incidences in collaboration with supervisors and HR department.
Support production supervisors on daily production planning.
Analyze the production data in order to facilitate the decision making of the department.
Identify and escalates deviations in the production process.
Develop and promote continuous improvement actions in collaboration with the Production Manager and the Continuous Improvement area

Required (Basic) Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Engineering
1 - 3 years of experience in Manufacture environment.
Ability to manage several priorities and work in high demand.
Customer focus, attention to details and problem solving.
- MFG Pro experience preferred
Knowledge in CNC Manufacturing Process preferred
- Intermediate English Level
Good communication skills to deal and collaborate at all levels of the organization.
Ability to coordinate initiatives within a diverse team of people, with an engaging style.
Self-motivated, with right balance between autonomy and interdependency with his/her manager and peers
- Able to make decisions and solve problems.
Ability to manage several priorities and work in high demand / changing environment.
