Tool Room Technician
Eaton’s Hydraulics division is currently seeking a Tool Room Technician to join our team. This position is based at our Reynosa facility.
The Tool Room Technician is responsible To execute projects according to Work Orders and maintenemence requirements

Some activities related with the position will be:
Strictly follow and enforce EHS procedures and standards.
Ensure high quality results on tool room Work Orders Assigned.
Execution of cost saving task related to external sourced parts.
Develop CNC Programs for Prototypes and Cost Savings Initiatives
Operate Haas CNC machines.
Managing of row material and consumables.
Selects standard items, such as bushings and tool bits, to incorporate into tool design.
Draws preliminary sketches and prepares layout and detail drawings, using standard drafting tools and equipment or computer-assisted design/drafting equipment and software.
Modifies tool designs according to trial or production service data to improve tool life or performance.

Required (Basic) Qualifications:
- Technical degree in Tools and Machines
- 3 years of experience as minimum
- Basic AutoCAD knowledge
- Basic Blueprint interpretation
CNC hands in experience as well with manual tool room machines
- Die, fixture and jigs making experience.
