We are looking forward to Senior Cost Accountant in Eaton, based in Xi’an, China.

Your essential responsibilities:
  • Calculation of standard cost in SAP system on time

  • Monthly end closing for MM model

  • Confirmation and calculation of E/O with cross function

  • Prepares financial related costing reports according to monthly closing schedule

  • Lead the annual physical inventory checking and root cause analysis for the variance

  • Lead quarterly inventory cycle account and root cause analysis for the variance

  • Identify and ensure to maintain the correct figures in the system (ENCOMAT, SAVEMAT,SAVEWAGE,ENCOSAL)

  • Material variance ( PPV , Scrap ) and overhead variances analysis (Variable and Fixed cost, Absorbtion), build the professional reports to management

  • Lead the annual standard cost running and ensure to maintain the correct pricing, BOM and Routing in SAP system

  • Preparing the supporting cost reporting

  • Warranty, Freight analysis

  • Capital investment management ,  prepare monthly CAPEX spending report .

  • Deep study finance policy and provide the BPI proposal to Finance controller

  • Study and be familiar with SAP

  • Provide assistance to Finance controller to deal with external and internal auditor

Qualifications

If you are:
  • 3+ costing experience in manufacturing site
  • Familiar with Chinese accounting and tax regulations and local regulations, foreign exchange regulations;

  • Familiarity with P/L and Balance Sheet.
  • Good verbal and written English communication skills

  • Strong cost accounting and analytical skills
  • Proficient in operating Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

  • Study and be familiar with SAP"
  • Good team work spirit.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Careful and accountable, willing to take over responsibility and work independent.

  • Very positive working attitude, be able to work under pressure and take initiatives.

  • Be self-motivated and willing to learn;" Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance
