HR Programs Specialist
Your key deliverables:
To lead and co-ordinate key talent and HR initiatives across FMC sites in the UK. Responsible for bringing consistency of process and enabling flow of information and people across the UK sites to support the HR Strategy. To be a focal point for data co-ordination ensuring accuracy and meeting reporting deadlines including headcount, turnover, diversity and hiring.
Partner with TMOE to deliver corporate initiatives and ensure connection into all the corporate programs maximizing opportunities for the Aerospace group. Co-ordinate and support organization designs activities, providing tools and guidance to ensure compliance with local law. Build FMC presence in STEM subjects by working with partner organizations to identify and participate in initiatives to support building the talent pipelines and community engagement.
Co-ordinate key HR process across the region including APEX, OCA & Employee survey. Ensure all site HRM's are working to time plan and provide supporting in operating the process to ensure compliance to corporate requirements.
Act as central coordinator and leader for development of the early talent initiatives across the region, including Apprentice, Graduate and Intern initiatives. Ensure spend of the apprentice levy to maximize Eaton's value. Lead development of upskill and reskill initiatives supporting business needs and in alignment with the training plan.
Co-ordinate metrics and balanced scorecard data across FMC UK sites - analyse trends and provide guidance on methods of managing/improving plant performance.
Partner with TMOE to gain support to meet local business needs.
Facilitate new manager assimilations, culture deployment sessions, Insights training and other HR tools to build organizational capability.
Act as HR guide on organization changes, using corporate tools to partner HR and line managers ensuring effective management of change and stakeholder engagement. Ensure local talent agenda is operating by coordinating touchpoints, providing assistance with development planning and coordinating quarterly talent reviews. Undertake multi-site projects as required (for example harmonization of policy, flexible work initiatives, and local grading structures.
· CIPD qualified
· Generalist HR experience - 5+ years
· UK employment law, HR systems and processes experience
· Experience of organization design e.g. (STAR model). Project management.
· Ability to identify and engage stakeholders. Analytical, problem solving and facilitation skills.
· Proactive identification of opportunities for improvement and ability to build and implement solutions.
· Travel across the 3 sites and to external partners will be required.
