Digital Transformation Lead is responsible for collaborating with IT and other stakeholders for selection , adaptation and execution of the latest technologies and tool for transforming Supply chain and manufacturing.

 

The Individual will play a key role in translating the business needs into system and technical requirements and then addressing them.

 

 

 

The role will provide expertise in the definition, adoption and adherence to standards relating to IIOT applications for various manufacturing plants in Eaton. The role will be expected to design infrastructure to assimilate, control and analyze the data generated from the increasing amount of machines and products that are connected in real-time.

 

The person will play an important role in developing the strategic plans for future deployment of IIOT and associated technologies in Eaton globally. Would work closely with IT teams, SCM CoEand Plants on the assigned customer projects for adopting new technologies, including but not limited to IIOT.

     

Digital transformation lead will also be expected to drive AI, ML, Data science and Engineering usage in all SSC functions, taking the digital footprint to benchmarking level

 

 

 

Your essential responsibilities:

   

 

•Define digitization footprint for Global SCM , SCM SSC and Manufacturing sites.


•Identify, define and execute projects for adapting latest technologies and tools in SSC functions.


•Support implementation of IIoTf or assigned sites. Accountable for executing data analytics and visualization required for supply chain and factory digitization worldwide


•Partner with the IT Team in effective execution of the Industry 4.0 initiatives at various Eaton sites


•Provide expertise in deployment of high end technological initiatives like Control Tower, RPA,IQ-BOT,ML,AI, Data sciences and Data Engineering.


 

Qualifications


If you are:


Basic Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in computers engineering from an accredited institute, with at least 10 years of relevant exposure in BI and hi-end technology adaptations.

  • Certified data scientist with hands on experience in various data science tools.

  • Should have hands on exposure of implementing latest technological tools like control Tower, RPA, IQ-BOT, ML, AI


  • Prior experience of managing data emerging from IIoT deployments, utilizing data points to develop descriptive and predictive solutions


  • Should have exposure on managing several large programs involving data scientists and data engineers.

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a virtual organization with excellent presentation skills including the ability to translate technical information to business terms

  • Has a broad understanding of the overall SCM and Manufacturing business flows

  • Solution mindset, creative and good at relationship management.

  • Proven track record of managing projects in a large, multi-country organization with virtual teams

  • Experienced in defining problems, collecting data, establishing facts and drawing valid conclusions

  • Influence stakeholders from various disciplines and across different levels of seniority across the organization

  • The candidate should have deep experience of stakeholder’s management.
