Job Title: Service Sales Engineer

Job Summary 


Sell Eaton service products to achieve the sales goals. Negotiate with customers, as well as subcontractors and prepare and coordinate service contracts. Improve existing and prepare new service products. Manage offers according to Eaton service pricing policy to increase Eaton service sales. Close cooperation with internal Eaton departments and Service group to process all customer service issues and to identify customer complaints. 
 
Job Responsibilities 


- Offer and sell service products as well as contracts
- Create added value for the customer and Eaton using effective sales     techniques
- Identify and develop new market opportunities
- Work closely with internal PQ sales department to acheve the sales goals and ensure knowhow sharing and cross-collaboration
- Liaise and keep customer relationships whilst maintaining quality customer service
- Coordinate the customer install base with the provided internal apps - ERP/CRM" 
 

 

Qualifications

Qualifications 


Education level required:  Secondary degree or diploma
Years and area of experience required: 0-4 years

Technical knowledge 


- Basic technical skills
- Moderate product knowledge
- Basic analytical skills (problem-solving)
- Basic negotiation and sales skills"
