Service Sales Engineer


Are you looking for a job in an international company where you will play a big role in growing the service sales?

Eaton offers a role in the Danish Country Sales Organisation as Service Sales Engineer in the Service Department, with focus on UPS’s (Uninterruptible Power Supply).

The role will be reporting to the Service Sales Manager and the main goal will be to sell service products, negotiate with customers, as well as subcontractors and prepare, coordinate and sell service contracts in close cooperation with internal Eaton departments and European service group.

You will be challenged, but at the same time given the freedom to create and develop your own ideas on how to grow the service business.

 

Your key deliverables:

 

  • Develop a sound sales pipeline of opportunities

  • Close sales opportunities and negotiate commercial terms and conditions

  • Quote  and proactively follow-up to ensure  sales of service products as well as contracts

  • Create added value for the customer and Eaton, using effective sales techniques

  • Identify and develop new customers and market opportunities in cooperation with the Service Sales Manager

  • Work closely with internal sales departments to achieve the sales goals and ensure knowhow, sharing and cross-collaboration

  • Liaise and keep customer relationships whilst maintaining quality customer service

  • Coordinate the customer install base with the provided internal apps - ERP/CRM

Qualifications

  • College degree, or other suitable education

  • Around 0 to 4 years of experience in similar role, and/or with technical/service sales

  • Technical skills and moderate product knowledge

  • Analytical skills (problem-solving)

  • Negotiation and sales skill
