Eaton’s Vehicles division is currently seeking a Procurement Supervisor to join our team. This position is based at our Reynosa facility.
The Procurement Supervisor is responsible for manages purchase for direct materials for both value streams (TCP & FEPC) with the objective of maximizing service level and quality, optimizing production & days on hand metric, acting according to Eaton’s Ethics and Values.

Ensure purchase of all raw materials and component stocks keeping inventory levels and not compromising quality and availability of components.
Make sure new programs introduction meets dates of implementation and SOP’s.
Keep material Min/Max updated to align to DOH targets.
Maintain Aftermarket On time delivery per Eaton Reynosa goals.
Project inventory levels and create actions to mitigate any risk to miss DOH goals.
Validate suppliers capacity once a new program is accepted.
Keep track of any supplier concern in terms of lack of payments, not response from buyers in time, etc.
Validate work load for current planners and make sure they are covering all items including US planners.

Required (Basic) Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Business or similar
+ 5 experience years in procurement area on an automotive company.
- +3 years as leader / manager of people.
- Oracle Knowledge (desire)
- Bilingual (English & Spanish)
Excellent communication and human relations skills and the ability to lead and motivate subordinates.
- APICS Certification (Desire)
