Job Description

  1. Implement SIOP to manage demand forecast, capacity planning, supply planning and inventory    planning. Finally, optimize resource to meet customer requirement.
  2. Supervise logistics functions, such as purchase, planning, transportation, warehousing and so on.
  3. Monitor stock level, delivery times, and transport costs to satisfy plant operation needs.
  4. Lead continuous improvement on standard operation process of the logistics to keep it effective.
  5. Maintain and control the inventory to support the production plan and the customer requirements.
  6. Regularly interface with the Sales function to forecast, schedule, and control the flow of materials.
  7. Administer the Purchasing function/process to follow purchasing practices and procedures. 
  8. Maintain necessary database to develop a Master Production Schedule to support customer requirements and efficient manufacturing processes.
  9. Schedule future raw material and tooling requirements using MFG system.
  10. Coordinate internal process and external supplier to ensure customer satisfaction.
  11. Manage the Shipping and Receiving function, including the Import and Export function.
  12. Assure that quality, environmental system and procedures that meet the requirements of the standards (QS9000, VDA6.1, ISO14001) are maintained and effectively used.
  13. Support together with the Marketing Area the analysis of the demand for planning purposes.
  14. Cultivate and train subordinates in order to develop overall logistics team capability.

Qualifications



1. Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical engineering, logistics engineering or supply chain management.
2. 5+ years of logistics/supply chain management experience in manufacturing company, supply chain management experience in multi-national company is preferable.


3. 3+ years of team management experience. Have strong leadership skills and be able to manage in a fast paced and constantly changing environment.


4. Proven competency in process management and innovation management.
5. Familiar with logistics operation.


6. Proficient in cost-down and 3PL.


7. Be good at ERP or MRP.


8. Good oral and writing English ability.
