Eaton’s  Corporate Division  is currently seeking a HR Administration Analyst to join our team.
This position is based at our Queretaro facility.
The HR Administration Analyst is responsible for deploy, maintain and provide advice & guidance to management and employees on a wide variety of human resources company policy & procedures, terms of employment, and legislation to the business units at the HR Services in Mexico to meet and exceed business objectives while driving functional excellence.

Some activities related with the position will be:
  1. HRMS administration support (e.g. hiring, terms, transfers)
  2. HRMS Mass updates:  training, terms, department changes, etc.
  3. Interview Scheduling
  4. Pre on-boarding: order new employee materials (Computer, ID, etc.)
  5. Kick off Meeting to ensure effective communications with all parties involved in onboarding (Local HR, HM, New Employee)
  6. Order new employee materials (Computer, etc.)
  7. Ensure HR receive new hire paperwork (Confidentiality agreements, etc.)  and ensure they complete in a timely manner
  8. Day 1 Orientation instructions to candidate, Welcome kits
  9. Leaves and Absences Management, Employee relations (benefits, certificates, etc),
  10. Translations of HR documents
  11. Generates reports from information systems
  12. HR Administration - Voluntary & Involuntary Termination Process
  13. Off-boarding (e.g. exit interviews administration, summarize)
  14. Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, or related areas.
  • 1+ years of experience in HR
  • Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Strong ability to organize and prioritize projects.
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong Customer Service skills
  • Process Management
  • English
  • Very good understanding of reports generation in support of trend analysis and decision-making
