RTC Team Leader
Overviews processes within Credit and Collection departments, advices, adjusts and implements process streamlining and/or change within business process management to better harmonize resources to the benefit of the organization. Responds to business needs by continuously using, maintaining and improving tools and systems specific to business area.
Managed effort to keep clients up to date on third party status leading to commercial debt resolution, lien filing and legal action.
Creates and implements tactics for his team(s) in alignment with department strategy.
Builds & maintains long-term relationships with customers & key stakeholders.
Reviewed AR aging report and provided manager with weekly status report, determining final resolution for account; monitoring the Accounts Receivable portfolio for trends and warning signs.
Working with management to ensure best practices are established and followed by locations; addressing complex customer issues; and ensuring issues are resolved fully and in a timely manner.
Manage daily accounting receivable operations including cash application, billing, etc.
Monitors on a daily basis the team’s performance, ensures direct reports meet their individual objectives and perform to established standards. When needed, takes timely actions to coach, develop, and train direct reports in order to be able to fulfill their daily responsibilities to reach the job requirements and needed competencies.
Participates in internal and cross functional projects.
Ensures adherence to Sarbanes-Oxley & other guidelines, and supports internal & external audits.
- Fluency in English is a must
- Bachelor degree or above;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Organized and very detail oriented;
Excellent computer skills (. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Oracle Applications is prefer );
Ability to multi-task, including juggling and prioritizing numerous projects at the same time, often under strict time constraints;
- Ability to communicate effectively and calmly;
- Business acumen;
Results oriented, being able to deliver excellent results even under tight deadlines;
- Good negotiation skills.
7 years working experience or above; 2 years credit or collection is prefer.
