You will join our Montbonnot site, global R&D and technical support center for our inverters and associated low voltage equipment; you will report into the design manager. You will play a key role within an agile team of about ten people in charge of developing and deploying the common platform for our global embedded connectivity offer. We are looking for an expert in embedded software development & cybersecurity, who would be excited to play a central role within our team, and who would thrive to interact with different interlocutors in an industrial environment.


- Make architectural choices at the solution level
- Technically federate a team and carry out design and development tasks
- Ensure the technical response to the Marketing specifications
- Guarantee technical choices (dimensioning and choice of components)
- Participate in the development and maintenance of our solutions
- Provide the load elements of the planning
- Collaborate with suppliers
- Ensure and coordinate a technological watch
- Identify opportunities for convergence and collaboration and lead inter-team synergy
- Control costs and deadlines in collaboration with the project manager
- Collaborate with the qualification pilot to define an appropriate validation plan
- Participate in the development of the industrial file
- Report periodically to the Project Manager / Team Leader
- Implement tools and good technical practices to guarantee quality


- Chartered engineer
- 7 years’ experience in embedded software development, ideally in an international, cross-functional and industrial environment
- Expertise in Embedded Linux development, C++ and network protocols, cybersecurity requirements
- Some experience / interest in technical coaching and mentoring would be an asset
