Eaton’s Hydraulic division is currently seeking a Production Supervisor to join our team. This position is based at our Reynosa facility.
The Production Supervisor is responsible for mainly supervise leading the direct and indirect production operations team to meet customer objectives such as Safety, On Time Delivery and Quality making the clients and their requirements our principle target. Involve and compromise the personnel to work safety in order to deliver the product on time and with zero defects.
Provide leadership to whole High-Performance Work Team and promote a positive employee relations climate through leadership and enhances high performance culture. Monitoring by metrics based on the company objectives.

Some activities related with the position will be:
Supervise personnel maximizing the productivity and the quality of the products according to the standardized work and manufacturing instructions, leading according with Eaton Business system.
Assures and monitors the personnel is trained to do the work assuring safety and Quality in all activities
Communicates the vision and mission of the company to reaffirm the ethics, values and policies of quality in their area of responsibility.
Keeps periodically meetings with the personnel to feedback and promote discipline to standard work.
Provides leadership to the operations team in order to accomplish On Time Delivery with Quality and Fast Response to Work order requirements.
Evaluates performance and discipline for all employees leading with example.
Verifies along with the Planner and multifunctional team the capacity levels of production and production program to assure the success of execution of planned requirements.
Participates in the elaboration of PFMAs, PPAPs, and any Quality related program
Promotes the participation of its direct and indirect employees thru the ideas program for the continuous improvement on Safety, Quality and Productivity objectives.
Comply with all activities and practices on Eaton programs such APEX, E-Star, ELSS, EBE and CIF tools.
Decision Maker/Problem Solver. Takes a proactive approach for implementing ideas and initiatives derived from Eaton programs.

Required (Basic) Qualifications:
Metal Mechanic/Assembly, Manufacturing and materials experience.
- 3-year experience in personnel management.
Requires at least 3 years’ experience in progressive management roles.
Bachelor’s Degree. (Mechanic, Industrial, Electric or similar)
- Fluent in English/Spanish
