Eaton’s Wonderware West division is currently seeking an Asset Performance Solutions Manager (APM) to join our team. This position is based in the Greater Houston metro area.
 
The APM Solutions Manager is responsible for our AVEVA Asset Performance Management (APM) portfolio.  In this role, you will enable companies to optimize their assets throughout the entire plant lifecycle.

  • You will create and execute campaigns, go-to market strategies, and proof of concepts to grow APM revenue and expand software footprint within customers in territory
  • You will collaborate and work with virtual teams including sales account executives, product consultants, marketing and partners in strategic and tactical planning activities to penetrate within the Wonderware West markets
  • You will create value statements and benefit scenarios that promote customer’s advancement through the APM maturity model
  • You will develop commercial proposals for assigned opportunities and respond to RFI/RFQ/RFP questionnaires as required
  • You will proactively support pipeline development and account planning sessions with account executives
  • You will deliver technical presentations, workshops, seminars, and value assessments with customers, and act as a subject matter expert by colleagues and customers in APM domain
  • You will map and align customer business, technical and process requirements with APM solutions, optimization, and functionality.

Qualifications

Required (Basic) Qualifications:
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering discipline from an accredited institution
  • Experience with AVEVA’s APM product suite
  • Experience within the Oil & Gas, Chemical, and/or Manufacturing industry
  • Experience working as an end user in Maintenance and Reliability organizations
  • Knowledge of closed-loop real-time optimization
