Sales and Marketing Center (SMC) partners with multiple Eaton businesses across different geographies to deliver incremental value and drive growth by providing best in class solutions and practices through its five integral CoEs  -Sales Analytics & Market Research [SAMR], Creative CoE, Customer Services [CS], Master Data Management [MDM] and Pricing CoE. Primary Function:
This position manages data quality in the Eaton Trading Partner Hub & Product Data Hub, with a focus on attaining a high degree of data quality, building the Enterprise customer cross-reference for vehicles group, and eliminating errors and duplicate records.  In addition, this position facilitates assignment of D&B DUNS numbers, selling relationship & Customer Hierarchy to customer records feed into the Trading Partner Hub.  Communicates business stakeholders, technical teams, and the Enterprise Architecture group. The position also manages Product Master (Product Data Hub) management activities.
 
Essential Functions:
•            Work with Trading Partner Hub tools to build the customer cross reference.
•            Clean customer records and assign correct DUNS number, Selling relationship and Hierarchy.
•            Analyzes D&B match results and make assignments where match confidence is low. Work to attain higher quality DUNS number assignments.
•            Manage import jobs from various source systems, and investigate load errors. Work with technical team and system owners to resolve problems. Work with source systems that are testing new interfaces or interface changes.
•            Product Management activities, work closely with Product teams to Manage Product Master. Manage Product Data hub.
•            Work with technical team for testing of Instance change.
•            Develop measures of customer data quality, maintain metrics, and publish to stakeholders. Publish reports as necessary.
•            Work with source system owners and technical team to extract customer data for consumption.
•            Enrich customer data using Trading Partner Hub modules. Work with business teams to obtain data.
•            Work with the technical team to recommend and implement system improvements.
•            Flexible in attitude and approach to accepting all tasks related to the position.
•            Flexible attitude to work with the willingness to learn new skills when required.
•            Good MS-Office skills.

Specialized Knowledge:
    • Any Bachelor’s Degree.
    • 1-3 Years of experience in Data Analysis & Management.
    • Knowledge of customer/Product data processing at an administrator level would be preferred.
    • Expertise in MS-Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Macros.
    • Oracle EBS experience or database query experience will be an added advantage.
    • Product life cycle management experience preferred.
    • Good communication and Interpersonal skills
    • Co-ordinate with different functional heads/personnel as per the need and able to take other tasks which would be assigned time to time
