Credit Control Supervisor
1.Participate in the formulation of credit management system and credit policy which are suitable for company, and formulate credit application examination system, credit limit approval system and transaction approval system.
2.In accordance with the company's development strategy and objectives, participate in the formulation of credit management policies, related processes, regulations and operational guidance, and promote implementation.
3.Audit the main credit terms in sales contracts, monitor the implementation of credit control policies and standard processes. Ensure the timely and full collection of accounts receivable.
4.Update customer credit information regularly, evaluate customer credit status, and define appropriate credit period and credit limit.
5.According to the accounts receivable balance and credit condition , approve and upward applicate for delivery.
6. Cooperate with sales team to visit important customers, help get good payment process and establish good cooperation with customers.
7.Through full coordination and communication get the support of relevant functional departments and achieve the balance between business development and risk control. Tracking the progress of the bad debts collection through external means (e.g. litigation, third parties, etc.).
8.Reference to industry standards, guide and determine the company's customer credit risk assessment methods, and organize the collection of basic information on risk assessment, establish and maintain customer credit files.
9.Provide periodical or irregular special credit control analysis reports for management, analyze relevant data and feedback to management, provide feasible suggestions.
10.Deepen sales and marketing functions, track monthly orders and sales forecasts and implementation and provide financial analysis support.
11.Manage the projects through the process from order to cash and complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.
A. bachelor degree or above, major in finance, finance or law.
B. more than 5 years credit management or financial work experience, experience in credit collection and credit control is preferred.
C. good communication and logical skills.
