Marketing Manager-Key Account
In charge of product technology introduction, marketing and sales support, and responsible for product related issues within the company;
Analyze the prospect of the product, and clearly know the customer base and market strategy of the product through research.
Understand the production process of relevant products, and be familiar with the technical features, process requirements and peer level of the products in charge;
Good communication skills with customers; able to understand customers' demands; able to fully express the excellent features, industry level and application environment of the products in charge; able to timely propose specific Suggestions for product improvement and improvement;
Communicate with local sales, timely understand market demand, collect current market information, competitive environment information, sales completion status, etc., can propose product sales strategy Suggestions, and implement marketing strategy to achieve sales;
Responsible for the production of product publicity materials, samples and promotional PPT and other sales tools;
To be responsible for training sales and agent, after-sales service or customer operation and maintenance personnel externally, to provide feedback on customer requirements and Suggestions internally, so that the products can best meet market requirements.
To be responsible for the implementation of all tasks such as appointment, training and assessment of the employees under my jurisdiction; Assist HR to complete other related training.

A. Bachelor degree or above in electrical or engineering related field;
B. More than 8 years of technical working experience in medium voltage electrical products; marketing experience in medium voltage products is preferred;
C. Proficient in office software, good oral and written English;
D. Strong oral and written communication skills and business negotiation skills;
E. Be proactive, flexible and responsible; Strong management ability and influence; Healthy, hard-working, strong communication and coordination skills, team spirit.
