Eaton in Lincoln, IL is seeking a full-time Toolmaker to work an off shift.

As a Tool and Die Maker you will plan, layout, construct, alter and repair a variety of tools, jigs, fixtures, gages, progressive of single station metal dies and molds.  You will repair or adjust metal dies while in the press.  You will repair, modify or construct fixtures and bowl feeding equipment used on automated machines.

Qualifications

Required (Basic) Qualifications: 
  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution
  • Minimum of 4 years tool and die making experience
  • No relocation benefit is being offered for this position.  Only candidates that currently reside within 70 miles of the Lincoln, IL facility will be considered
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship
 
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Completed a tool and die maker apprenticeship, or have equivalent education as is required for an apprenticeship
  • Manufacturing experience
