Job Description

Eaton Corporation is currently seeking a Molding Operator for 2nd Shift. This role is based out of our South Milwaukee, WI facility.
The Molding Operator will be responsible for performing duties necessary to complete the final testing of E-Caps and repair molding defects. The operator is responsible for meeting production goals while adhering to safety and quality guidelines in the use of electrical test equipment and E-Cap molding defect repair.
  • You will perform electrical tests.
  • You will load and remove E-Caps from cure oven and repair as needed
  • You will operate molding press to mold E-Caps and assemble vacuum interrupters.
  • You will notify department team leader / supervisor of all material and/or equipment deficiencies.
  • You will contribute suggestions for methods or product improvement.
  • You will use and operate tools and equipment consistent with this job.
  • You will adhere to all environmental, health, safety rules and regulations, and work instructions.

Qualifications

Required (Basic) Qualifications:
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
  • No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates that currently reside within the immediate geographical area (50 miles) of the work location will be considered.
  • Must have a high school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working in a manufacturing environment.
