Eaton’s HR Services - Talent Acquisition team is currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Leader to join Eaton as part of the regional leadership team in North America.  This role can be based in Beachwood OH, Raleigh NC, Moon Township PA, or Virtually.

This role will help to develop and implement recruitment strategies throughout North America in collaboration with other peer talent acquisition leaders for the region.  Eaton’s Talent Acquisition function supports the company's strategic goal of identifying and acquiring the organization in delivering sustainable, profitable growth.

  • Build, manage, coach, and develop a team of ~ 10  Talent Acquisition Consultants supporting a variety of functions and business divisions
  • Proactively analyze and partner with hiring teams and divisional leaders to identify and help fill current and future talent gaps with external talent pipelines
  • Partner with internal customers as a talent relationship manager to help resolve recruiting issues and challenges and effectively foster a solid partnership between business operations and talent acquisition within the region
  • Lead and champion special projects within Talent Acquisition and other HR functional groups
  • Guide and enforce OFCCP policies, procedures and best practices to internal operations and HR Business Partners

Qualifications

Basic (Required) Qualifications :
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in a corporate recruiting or HR management role
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience managing direct reports
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship
 
Preferred Qualifications :
  • Master’s degree in HR/Labor Relations or Business from an accredited university
  • Experience working with OFCCP policies and guidelines
  • 3 years’ experience managing direct reports
  • Experience using analytics/data/metrics to drive business results and impact business performance
