Job Description

Eaton Electric Sp. z o. o. located in Gdansk has an opening for Sales Engineer position for Kaliningrad and Belarus area. Position will be based in Warsaw.
Essential Functions :

- establishing and maintaining good relations with current and potential clients in Kaliningrad and Belarus area,
- gaining a new accounts,
- responsible for achieving defined targets and sales revenue,
- involve in cash collection process and responsible for reduction of overdue  receivables regarding defined clients,
- technical support and trainings on Eaton products,
- marketing projects realization such as seminars, trade shows etc.


 Qualification :


- bachelor and master degree of Technical University (electrical specialization)
- experience in sales of electrical components and contacts with clients,
- experience in international cooperation and knowledge of the  Russian and Belarusian markets will be an advantage,
- high level of competences like : problem solving, organization, negotiation, action oriented,   drive for results, strategic thinking etc.,
- high level of interpersonal skills,
- ability to communicate effectively with other departments and division and peer positions,
- readiness to spend approximately 50% of the time on a business trip in Kaliningrad and Belarus,
- the ability to obtain Russian and Belarusian visa,
- in case of candidates who do not have Polish citizenship, relevant documents authorizing permanent residence and work permit in Poland are required,
- driving license cat. B,
- fluency in Polish, English and Russian
