Support technical solutions to meet requirements through standard IT processes for the Latin America region under the ADQS CoE.
•Resolves simple to medium incidents(L1/L2) and fulfills requests
•Meet/Exceed or improve BSC Support metrics
•Troubleshoot production problems and identify and implement a proper fix. Analyze trends / suggests long term improvements.
•Provides functional transparency in customer support.
•Appropriately documents cause and solution to enable knowledge transfer.
•Is involved in problem management and continuous improvement initiatives in their roles
•Improve plant application systems for the Latin America region
Support the ADQS group for Latin America under the following activities:
•Responsible for Analysis and Design in addition to build and test, enhancements requirements
•Proactive and engaging with team and leads to improve upon all aspects of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
•Interpersonal skills across teams
•Manage communication across business groups i.e. customers, suppliers , vendors.
•Drive towards issue resolutions and co-ordinate with multiple teams to arrive at a solution.
•Participate in continual improvements in order to decrease incidents and maintain quality.
•Create support ticket knowledge base and handle repetitive issues independently and work towards permanent fixes.
•Regularly communicates and reinforces status, prioritization and timing back to IT stakeholders as defined.
•Executes ITSM processes(Change, Request, Incident, Problem management) on technical IT systems at the task level

Bachelor degree at Information Technology System / Mathematics/Engineering.
Minimum experience of 3 years in similar positions.
Bilingual: English / Spanish. Proficient In Verbal and Written Communication
Knowledge of the following software: Operating Systems Advanced, Communication Infrastructure, Project Management, ERPs concepts (Mapics, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
