HR Programs Manager- Regional Functions, Electrical APAC
Develop and implement effective HR programs that are aligned with regional functional priorities
Support regional functional leaders on critical talent hiring and upgrading plan
Lead HR processes/cadence throughout annual cycle for the regional functions which include merit, performance management, talent review and profit planning, etc..
Perform local HR support for ES vertical employees group based in Shanghai
Develop and implement effective communication and training plans for regional function employees
Act as a contact window for ES APAC RHQ to work with each business and Corporate team to develop HR activities.
