Business Development & Channel Manager – Panel Builder
 
Location: Riyadh – Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
 
Country Business Development & Channel Manager – Panel Builder is responsible to define and drive Segment Marketing & Panel Builder strategy implementation in  the Kingdom.  The role will be to gather customers and market requirements and prioritizing channel marketing initiatives in the Kingdom.
 
Essential Functions:
 
  • Work closely with sales, Central Business Unit, marketing communication to ensure  customer awareness of Eaton products and solutions for Commercial Construction market.
  • Target End users and developers and ensure Eaton is prescribed as well included in Approved Vendor Lists, and provide Sales team with leadership, innovative tools and support to perform their job and deliver the required profit plan.
  • Develop business plans to introduce new solutions and recommend new products to the market. 
  • This role will  serve as the internal and external specialist for our product offerings in Commercial Construction sector, and she will define and implement panel builder strategy, as well implement all commercial contracts with channels. Will follow the profit plans and targets assigned to each panel builder.

Qualifications

  • Should be an Electrical engineering graduate with minimum 5 years’ experience with a reputed panel builder or a similar role with a LV Switchboard system manufacturer.
  • Good presentation skills, strong technical knowledge of LV Switchgear, especially ACBs ,MCCBs, MCBs Boards, TTA Switchboard systems.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of spoken Arabic is a must.
