You will develop and improve manufacturing processes by understanding manufacturing methods.
You will design new systems and processes for the introduction of new products or for the improvement of existing ones.
You will work closely with electrical systems and circuits; using a multimeter, evaluating test results
You will look for cost out opportunities through VAVE, Kaizen, product re-design; collaborate with supply chain, marketing and engineering to facilitate cost out progress.
You will have a strong involvement with continuous improvement in the facility, including team training and engagement.

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution required.
Minimum 3 years of experience in engineering within a manufacturing environment.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates that currently reside within 50 miles of the Avery Creek, NC facility will be considered.
Six Sigma Green Belt, strongly preferred.
Prior electrical experience.
