Job Description

PRIMARY FUNCTION: the incumbent will be launching, developing, promoting and support the power distribution components division (PDCD) and LSD (light system division) products on Russian and Kazakhstan market, technically supporting of external and internal customers.
i.e. key responsibilities with expected end results are to
-Launch new PDCD and LSD products on Russian and Kazakhstan market
-Support and promote of existing and new PDCD and LSD products on Russian and Kazakhstan market
-Develop of price and positioning strategies for PDCD and equipment
-Plan business- and marketing annual and quarter marketing road-map for PDCD and LSD equipment and key segments
-Conduct competitive technical and price analysis
-Prepare necessary documentation (brochures, manuals, catalogues, data sheets, etc.) for respective product categories for successful promote and sales in Russian and Kazakhstan Region.
-Provide external and internal customer support and technical issue resolution via E-Mail, phone and locally. Configuration and selection of equipment on customer or partner request.
-Cooperate with local sales team in terms of product, customers and projects support and products promotion
-Analyze electrical and emergency lightning market and understand trends and main players
-Actively participate in products certification/declaration process.
-Accomplish other business related tasks upon management’s request.

Qualifications

Technical knowledge of all the electrical product groups, deep technical
knowledge of PDCD and LSD products
Sales and negotiation skills
PDCD and LSD products market understanding and competitors knowledge
Effective public speaker
Team player with goodwill
Advanced computer skills, good Microsoft Excel and Word software
Fluent written and spoken English, good grammar skills in Russian
Knowledge of marketing instruments, market analysis methods and promoting strategy development
Strategic vision of electrical and emergency lightning markets development is a plus.
Ability to make decisions and solve problems, be responsible for decisions and result oriented
