Sales Manager - Power Quality

As Sales Manager – Power Quality, you will be responsible to enhance /maximize Power Quality given geographic region (Qatar and Kuwait) and thereby sustain sales growth for Eaton upholding business ethics and Eaton policies. You will be responsible to achieve Profit plan of PQ in Kuwait and Qatar, and to gain market share for Eaton UPSs and Data center solutions business

Your main duties :
  • Meet regional sales target for Kuwait and Qatar
  • Engage Systems Integrators (Critical Power, ELV) and IT VARs to sell into assigned regions
  • Promote Data Center solutions to Coloc, Consultants, and Endusers
  • Propagate & Prescribe Eaton Power Quality solutions through Consultants and End Users
  • Obtain consultant approvals for PQ projects
  • CRM & Pipeline: Maintaining 150% ratio against profit plan in high probability pipe
  • Manage or co-ordinate PQ quotes and submittals.
  • Maintain CRM on the dot
  • Forecast sellout weekly to PQ Sales Leader


What we are looking for:
  • Qualified Technical graduate
  • Minimum  5 years in related sales role (Qatar and Kuwait)
  • Experience with UPS brands (directly or indirectly) for minimum  5 years
  • Experience with managing IT VARs
  • Ability to engage in highly technical sales, Strong presentation and training capabilities, Ability to work across divisions within Eaton Corp.
  • Conflict Management Skills
  • Budget management skills
  • Computer skills – Must be fluent in the use of standard software, such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint
