Job Description

Eaton’s Electrical Engineering Services and Systems division is currently seeking an Assembler – Small Assembly – 2nd Shift to join our team. This position is based at our Badger site in Waukesha, WI.
 
The assembler is responsible for building large power management equipment such as regulators and electric transformers. The assembler must be willing to do various jobs as directed and assist all other team members as needed to build product through the continuous flow line.

  • You will complete the assembly of low voltage lead assembly as directed.
  • You will complete core coil assembly and core coil assembly knitting per the requirements as directed.
  • You will build sub-assemblies to be delivered to other areas of the continuous flow process.
  • You will repair units and components that have failed test, are defective, or require other needed changes.
  • You will participate in teardown, repair and modification of customer supplied equipment.

Qualifications

Required (Basic) Qualifications:
  • A high school diploma or GED form an accredited institution is required. 
  • Must be able to work in the US without company sponsorship.
  • Relocation benefits not included. Only candidates living within 50 miles of Waukesha WI will be considered.
  • Must be able to understand standard shop specifications (shop drawings, process sheets, and measuring equipment etc).
