As Knowledge Manager Electrical Customer Care, you will be responsible for creating knowledge management framework for CC. Document core processes & implement monitoring and control of constant KMDB updates performed by CC operational staff. Recommendations of CI & automation opportunities based on core processes documented.
 
 
Your main duties:
  • Documents Core processes for CC & E2E
  • Defines & maintains a KM framework
  • Recommends a KM tool & enforces its use, and its content by implementing KM usage measurement
  • Works & support the TL’s to maintain KMDB once established
  • Works with the CI Lead to document new/ improved processes
  • Identifies CI & Automation opportunities for CC based on core processes.
  • Supports transition of work to Budapest
  • Work with knowledge owners E2E across all functions ELEC

Qualifications

What we are looking for:
Required:
  • College or University qualification
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a training related role
  • Deep understanding of cultural, verbal & written communication styles of European customers/end-users expectations.
  • KMBD Tools
  • Managing stakeholders, excellent communciation skills, understanding of process design.
  • Clear & conscise communication re expectations & deliverables.
  • Escalations management skills.
  • Mentoring & coaching.
  • Patience.
  • Open minded.
  • Excellent communication skills.
 
Desired:
  • Experience with ERP, case management sytems
  • Computer skills – Must be fluent in the use of standard software, such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint
