PRIMARY FUNCTION:

Lead the analysis and consolidation of compensation and other HR data to support the decision making of various compensation, benefits and workforce management programs.

Assist in the analysis and consolidation of compensation and other HR data to support the decision making of various compensation, benefits and workforce management programs. 
 
 
 Support the manager with the effectiveness assessment of various compensation programs and processes across all ES businesses in APAC including variable pay, sales incentives, hourly compensation and wages, merit planning etc.
  1. Support in the development of regional compensation budget and helps monitor appropriate metrics, generate management reports, ratify and make improvement plans
  2. Assist compensation projects and change management solutions to proactively address business challenges
  3. Lead and administer APAC routine HR reports (e.g., workforce forecast, attrition)
  4. Provide data analysis based on business requests

Qualifications


  • Bachelor degree or above
  • Experience with HR related subject matter including: compensation, benefits & data privacy, employee relation
  • Must be able to demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills
  • Strong statistics/analytics background, ability to utilize Excel’s analytical functionality for data analytics and reporting
  • Utilize a variety of technology platforms to conduct daily work (HRMS, Taleo, Microsoft Suite, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of financial metrics
  • Knowledge of human resource management and other talent systems
  • Fluent in both oral and written English
