Job Description

The Analyst SIOP Supply Planning will be responsible for Supply planning for purchased parts from vendors, internally manufactured and assembled products, and interplant / inter-company supply for all sites in APAC.
 
The Analyst will be responsible to work with Manufacturing Engineering / Operations / SCM and maintain Capacity Models for Internally Manufactured Products and Critical suppliers. The Analyst will also maintain RCCP data in ERP systems.
 
The Analyst will analyze the Unconstrained Demand to create an accurate representation of Capacity constraints, Supply Constraints and  Manpower requirements. The Analyst will facilitate Integration / Reconciliation meeting with various stakeholders such as Sales, Operations, SCM to finalize the constrained plan.
 
The Analyst with share Forecasts with Intercompany plants and critical suppliers as per the plant recommendations. The Analyst will work with regional plants to finalize detailed forecasts / production plans for IC customers.
 
This position will be responsible for finalizing the Constrained plan, updating ERP systems and  communicating final plans to SLT.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree required.  MBA or Master’s Degree in Operations / Materials Management, Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain preferred.
 
  1. Minimum 5 years’ experience in SIOP, Materials or Integrated Business Planning.
 
  1. Demonstrated proficiency in Capacity Planning and forecasting with an understanding of operational impacts.
 
  1. Demonstrated success in team development and driving results through others.
 
  1. Demonstrated working remotely across multiple countries, languages and cultures
