Coordinate monthly forecast, profit plan, internal control, inventory activities. Assist controller in any kind of reporting or activity needed from plant management, division or corporate.
Perform accounting task of a difficult nature while following general instructions with a fair degree of discretion allowed for work interpretation.
A high level understanding of accounting system including the ability to modify or develop new procedures to accomplish assignments.
•Bachelor degree in finance, account, business administration
•Accounting and finance experiencie: under automotive industry 4 -5 year
•Microsoft Office, Mfg-pro (ERP system), oracle, encore & DFT

QualificationsReview capital acquisitions (CAPEX), and fixed assets, supervise activities to safeguard the assets of the corporation
Assist controller in observing and implementing internal controls in plant, in the development and maintenance of internal procedures aligned to corporate and divisional polices
Assist controller in ensuring divisional and corporate reports delivery on time basis.
Supervise the month end closing, forecast and profit plan activities
Supervise cost activities and plant cost out validation
Prepare complex financial analysis for management, including analysis of main variances to forecast, profit plan & last year
Review & approve monthly journal entries & balance sheet reconciliations
Supervise activities related to achieve finance metrics goal
Perfom activities related to keep balance sheet clean and without risks
generate ideas for improvement according with the local programs
Participate in kaizen events, lean council and continuous improvement teams, when required
