Job Description

Ensure compliance with accounting standards in all assignments
Complete month end close, ensuring all the expenses are correctly registered.
Prepares bank reconciliations and control of cash pool movements.
Ensure compliance with Financial Policy F-2 (Banking and Treasury Transactions).
Intercompany reconciliations at the end of month.
Complete monthly balance sheet reconciliations
Bill scrap invoices
Support requirements for the Mexican authorities such as SAT
Support compliance of internal and external audits
Vendor accounts analysis.
Review, analysis and cleanup of GRIR account


Describe any specialized knowledge or skill (e.g., technical, scientific, administrative, managerial) which your position requires.
Bachelor degree in accounting
3-5 years experience in accounting
Basic knowledge of accounting
Should be very comfortable working in a team environment on overlapping goals.
Bilingual (Spanish / English)
