Job Description

Eaton’s Power Quality business is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative for the services team. This position is located in Toronto, ON, OR Ottawa, ON, OR Lachine QC.
 
This is a customer-facing role providing support to all services customers internally and externally. The incumbent will provide support directly to both new and existing service customers, distributors and resellers, as well as internal support for the services business through scheduling of customer site visits for field service technicians, appropriate invoicing, as well as managing inventory for services equipment.

  • You will manage and schedule on-site field service calls, including emergency service, preventative service, startup and modifications.
  • You will dispatches field service technicians to customer sites and manages field service requests in addition to serving as the conduit between dispatch and the field/customers for any issues
  • You will determine the status of equipment returns, repairs, replacements, sales orders, delivery schedules, warranty issues, etc.
  • You will enter all orders into operating system and select field service technician to perform service and coordinate between technician and customer on service dates and scope.
  • You will complete the corresponding order and submits all paperwork for invoicing.
  • You will works with contracts department to correct issues found in contracts
  • You will resolves production scheduling conflicts with customers, invoicing problems.
  • You will analyze customer inquiries and requirements to determine appropriate parts, pricing,

Qualifications

Required (Basic) Qualifications:
 
  • College diploma from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum one-year of customer service or sales experience.
  • Bilingual in French & English (spoken and written)
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada without company sponsorship
  • No relocation provided. Candidates must reside within 80 km of Toronto to be considered.

     
Preferred Qualifications:
  • University degree or college diploma in a technical field of discipline.
  • Strong computer skills with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook

  • Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize.
  • Must demonstrate an ability to handle all types of internal and external customer situations while remaining calm, professional and in control.
