Position Summary:
The Financial Analyst is responsible for preparing and reporting monthly performance reports, quarterly financial forecasts, and annual operating budgets. In addition, the Financial Analyst will be responsible for managing inventory across the entire supply chain consisting of several contract manufacturers. This position is key in ensuring compliance to financial policies and providing leadership to improve business processes and performance.

Essential Responsibilities:
  • You will consolidate monthly, quarterly, and annual financials for the EAS Division; perform and communicate variance analyses tied to results
  • You will drive CapEx budget and forecasting process     
  • You will monitor, forecast, and budget cost center expenses
  • You will own the EAS commission payment process
  • You will lead inventory management activities, inclusive of goods receipt process, cycle count and physical inventory planning and execution, reconciliation and adjustment activities, and monitor internal control procedures
  • You will prepare month-end general ledger close journal entries and supporting reconciliations
  • You will support EAS management team with ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting
  • You will support other special projects and duties as assigned
  • You will present financial results and metrics to a cross-functional audience as a part of monthly operating reviews

Required (Basic) Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, from an accredited institution
  • Minimum 1 year of finance/accounting work experience
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.  
  • Relocation is not being offered for this position. Candidates must reside within a 50mile-radius of Plymouth, MN.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint expertise
  • Experience with SAP and/or Oracle
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment
