Job Description

Eaton’s Vehicle division is currently seeking a Materials Analyst to join our team. This position is based at our Hastings, NE facility.
 
They will analyze and plan material requirements by determining the quantity and date materials are needed to ensure optimal inventory levels as well as Customer OTD.  Prepare operational schedules and coordinate manufacturing activities to ensure production and quality of products meet specifications. Prepare and process requisitions as appropriate.

  • You will create, maintain and close sales orders while maintaining direct contact with customers
  • You will create jobs and ISO’s to complete supply chain for suppliers and customers
  • You will monitor daily and weekly releases from customers
  • You will create daily and weekly ship schedules
  • You will perform weekly cycle counts
  • You will be responsible for Order Management Data
  • You will perform material transactions in Oracle ERP system
  • You will excel at trouble shooting production related problems and work cross-functionally to provide solutions

Qualifications

Required (Basic) Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a Supply Chain function
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
  • No relocation benefit is being offered for this position.  Only candidates that currently reside within the immediate geographical area of central Nebraska will be considered
  • ISO/QS-9000 or ISO/TS16949 certification experience preferable
  • Prior experience with Oracle ERP Systems
