Job Description

  • Provide assistance for various types of EBS education programs, including but not limited to preparation of case studies, monitoring of EBS education material use/analytics, and assistance in ensuring training records for EBS training are kept current and accurate.
  • Provide support and assistance for various EBS projects.  Support for assistance with various tools owned by EBS team, including but not limited to: EBS Pull, EPM, Expert Forum, CODB, IDB, CI Award, Transferable Practices database. 
  • Support activities related to the health of EPM and improvement projects.  Serve as a backup to the current EPM Analyst position. 
  • Assistance in maintaining the EBS JOE website and other EBS related intranet and internal company sources of information. 
  • Identify methods to streamline the reporting-analysis work and improve customer satisfaction
  • Flexible in attitude and approach to accepting all tasks related to the position and the willingness to learn new skills when required
  • Understand customer requirement and quick turnaround time on ad-hoc requests
  • Support Team to prepare monthly/quarterly/annual management reports for Eaton senior leadership

Qualifications

  • Basic Qualifications:-  Graduate or Post Graduate BE / Btech/ Masters (Mechanical/Production/industrial Engineering/Automobile)  Minimum 4-5 year experience.. 
  • Experience in usage of Microsoft programs, advanced experience with Excel & PowerPoint & SharePoint Knowledge must require.
  • Program Management & Project Management skills.
  • Fluent English, verbal and written skills
  • Ability to work in a team, flexibility
  • Data Management and Analytics
  • Creativity to design models, diagrams to help visual learners understand EBS related concepts.
