Job Description

• Interview Scheduling
• Pre on-boarding: o rder new employee materials (Computer, ID, etc.)
• Kick off Meeting to ensure effective communications with all parties involved in onboarding (Local HR, HM, New
• Follow up on background checks, Employee file
• Send offer letter (comp provides $$)
• Ensure candidates receive new hire paperwork (Confidentiality agreements, etc.) and ensure they complete in a timely
• Prepare contract, and legal documents,
• Day 1 Orientation instructions to candidate, Welcome kits
• Leaves and Absences Management, Employee relations (benefits, certificates, etc),
• Translations of HR documents
• Maintains employee records
• Generates reports from information systems
• HR Administration - Voluntary & Involuntary Termination Process
• Off-boarding (e.g. exit interviews administration, summarize)


• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related areas.
• 1+ years of experience in HR
• High ethical standards, personally demonstrates the Eaton Values & Philosophies, effectively interacts with others,
establishing open and trusting relationships.
• Very good understanding of statistical methods in support of trend analysis and decision-making
• Organization.
• Excellent Management
• Strong problem solving an analytical skills
• Knowledge in Local and Federal laws.
• Microsoft Office, excel
• Strong communication skills Spanish & English, ability to work with people at all levels
