Job Description

This position is responsible for defining PD channel strategy & driving business growth by managing channel partners, their product offering, campaigns and interface with sales, product management, sales support and customers.
This person is to systematically work towards ensuring that Eaton is the preferred offer in the ANZ PD Channel market and increase the Eaton market share.
This will to be achieved by:-
  • Building the EATON brand awareness.
  • Channel development, selection and performance management
  • Empowering the ANZ Channel to successfully deliver the EATON value proposition.
  • Developing a highly motivated and skilled internal team which is driven by clear vision, strategy and carefully crafted business plans.
  • By providing the best customer experience in the ANZ market
Key tasks include structuring a team and strategy to engage and develop all levels of the channel to ensure maximum market coverage, including Distributors, KVARs, System Integrators, xEnergy Partners and Wholesalers. This role will deploy and manage an effective channel partner program which will provide a platform to support our market growth expectations.
Externally this role is expected to manage the business relationships at a senior level of partners.
This position works closely with the following key internal parties:
  • Product Management Team
  • Sales Team
  • Finance Team
  • Customer Service Team
  • Supply Chain Team

  • 10 years of Sales, Marketing & Channel Management experience, experience with industrial electrical switchgear products is preferable.
  • Proven capability in development of new channels and onboarding of new partners is critical
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
