a. Manages the MPC and Purchasing team to achieve DOH and OTD goals for SV plants
b. Aligns and sets priorities for resources and shared resources across factory to maximize efficiency and material flow to ensure customer delivery schedules on time.
c. Monitor production department to ensure it follows up MPS and production planning
d. Communicate with cross-functional teams to solve critical issues.
e. Manages Materials are available as actual demand and scheduled, and responsible of inventory is managed at appropriate level to meet DOH/Cross inventory target.
f. Verify and control material stock, dispose E& O and long aging inventory
g. Monitor and improve supplier delivery performance, develop vendor manage inventory
h. Ensure the development and cross training of materials professionals. Responsible for developing, tracking and continuously improving key performance metrics for the materials organization.
i. Participate in and lead materials processes improvement events such as Continuous Improvement, kaizen and workshops in order to improve processes and reduce waste
j. Responsible for weekly and monthly KPI metrics analysis and report including OTD, DOH/inventory, Past due and CGM
a. Bachelor Degree or above
b. Over 5 years related purchasing & planning experience with over 2 years Manager position
c. Highly-driven and hardworking personality, with strong leadership skills; Good communication and coordination skills through across function
d. Familiar with MRP with hands on deeply experience on SAP system
e. Process-oriented and ability to contribute to continuous improvement
f. Plus inventory analysis and control management skills would be perfect
g. Strong analytical/problem solving skills, can work under pressure
h. Ability to organize and prioritize work
i. Fluent in English
j. Good skillful in office software, especially Excel and PowerPoint
