Job Description

A. 客户订单的检查及交货日期确认;
B. 按客户指示安排出货计划;
C. 内部协调合作最大化满足客户需求;
D. 客户销售预测(forecast)的合理转化;
E. 协助PM完成新产品导入,重点是物料交期方面;
F. 跟进项目进展情况并通过Email或者电话会议的形式及时反馈给客户
G. 周报,月报表跟进(例如forecast报表,销售报表,订单分析报表等);
H. 品质问题跟进(退货返工,退款等相关事宜);
I. 辅助上司安排的临时性工作

Qualifications

1. 大专以上,3年以上订单管理,跟踪的经验

2. 熟悉工厂运作和外贸跟单流程
3. 团队合作能力和协调能力强
4. 熟练运用办公软件和SAP操作系统
5. 英语听、说、读、写能力强
6. 可考虑应届生
