Tool Tech & Drafter
Develop detailed drawings for stamping tools and molds.
- Resolve design problems
- Review and analyzes tolerances
- Review and analyzes material specifications
- Consult technical handbooks and tables while in drafting phase.
- Create and store drawings electronically
- Quotes spares with external suppliers
- Spare parts Purchasing process follow up
Electronic, Automation, Industrial, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or similar Bachelor’s Degree.
2 years’ experience in a supervision position.
Tooling design experience
Problem Solving Methodologies (8-D, A3).
CAD knowledge is a must (Solid works, catia, solid edge)
2 years` experience at similar position
Ability to analyze and work from blueprints and product drawings
Bilingual English/Spanish skills a plus
