Manages the material (raw, finished goods, and MRO) flow from reception of material form suppliers to shipment of good to our customers in compliance with import/export requirements. Resolve issues casuing materail flow interruptions. Provides support to any areas requiring the use of warehouse resources. Perform all activities according to the Eaton Ethics values.
A. Ensure the complete execution of all warehouse documented procedures are carrie out by the area personell.
B. Support verification of inbound and outbound material needed for traffic and import/export.
C. Carry out CI activities in all areas of the warehouse.
D. Support to Planning and Production Department in all past due orders and the ones are due during the day (OTD)
E. Follow Up customer orders with system and logistic issues with the involved departments
F. Perform the revieving, put-away, storage, production issueance, FG management, and shipping. process according to the specials instructions (Consolidations, supermarkets, shipping time frame, etc).
G. Maintain all physical files for required documentation per established timeframes.
H. Drive Inventory Accuracy performance.
I. Oversee the actvities for the forklift drivers and material handlers from all warehouse areas.
J. Drive for immediate escalation with the involved departments for any material with system or logistic issues which disrupt the continuos materials flow.
K. Ensure the compliance of the safety rules for the forklift drivers as well as the correct usage of the equipment to lift the different materials in the whole plant. Report any unsafe conditions in the workplace area.
L. Comply with the CTPAT requirements.

Qualifications• Undergraduate degree required in Industrial Engineering, or Supply Chain preferred.
• 3 to 5 years’ experience as Supervisor in receiving, Shipping or Warehousing area in the same industry sector
• Experience in Managing, Developing and Coaching People.
• Highly advanced analytical and cognitive skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• Intermediate-Advanced in Excel, able to develop spread sheets
• Communication Skills
