A. Maintains the quantity of materials needed to support production schedules for Project.
B. Audits inventory and inventory records for accuracy and assistance and participates in the physical
C. Tracks in-bound purchases, communicates materials shortages, reviews materials requirements against forecasted shipping specifications; reports resource issues and potential corrective actions to appropriate personnel.
D. Oversees the scheduling of materials resources for manufacturing divisions and/or departments build requirements.
E. Maintains shipping reports for meeting on-time customer satisfaction and build delivery requirements.
F. Supports EBS and continuous process improvements; facilitates problem-solving teams.
G. Manages, schedules and oversees the ordering of material/part resources to meet production build specifications.
H. Directs and trains personnel in commodity management and purchasing standards.
I. Analyzes purchasing commodities and assigned suppliers tier pricing schedules to ensure costs can be effectively measured, controlled and attained.
J. Supervises purchases and ensures purchases are on time, cost-effective and obtained to support customer requirements.
K. Continued align with project schedule to ensure internal and external material supply.
A. Bachelor degree required with at least four-five years of manufacturing, supply chain and/or production experience
B. Expert understanding of supply chain customer requirements
C. Expert knowledge in channel selections
D. Possesses expert knowledge of commodity management and global/domestic distribution
E. Has expert experience in material forecasting, demand planning and scheduling
F. Possesses excellent problem-solving skills in complex and demanding situations that undergo continuous priority changes
G. Logistic management knowledge, ERP Skills, SRM management knowledge, computers skills, Leadership initiative, communication skill, high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
