Job Description

Position Overview
Reporting to the HR Services Manager, the role is responsible for providing HR Services support within the service scope to multiple business groups in East Asia, including dealing with employee queries and assisting HR Business Partners.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide HRS support for East Asia countries, including payroll data collection/verification and life-cycle service
  • Interact with HRBPs and employees to solve issues and provide prompt support
  • Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth HRS operations in target countries
  • Escalate the services requests beyond HRS scope and SOP to the next level
  • Assist with HRS projects and programs
  • Arrange for employment contract endorsement on-site or via email
  • Provide day-1 on-boarding support to new hires and complete filing of records
  • Provide off-boarding support and ensure completion of necessary documentation
  • Submit applications required by legislation, e.g. MOM, CPF etc
  • Prepare and issue letters (eg. employment certificates, NS deferment, work visas, citizenship applications, promotions, increments etc.)
  • Assist in insurance claim submissions and work permit applications
  • Complete annual Income Tax and Tax Clearance submissions


Key Requirements:
  • 2 years’ experience in HR function (ideally as a generalist or a business partner)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work under time constraints and tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail
Additional Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • Prior experience in payroll operations
  • Prior experience in a shared services environment
