Job Description

Policies and process to promote EATON supplier management (SSA,QPA);
Approval of production parts and evaluation of production capacity (PPAP);
Make production parts inspection plan (IQC-PLAN);
Process assessment of suppliers and help suppliers to establish stable process control, and help suppliers to establish a stable quality management system;
Timely deal with the quality problem of production line supply, feedback the material complaint on the production site, and help the supplier to make targeted rectification and tracking and evaluation (PPM);
Continuously improve the quality management procedures and processes of existing feed parts;
Collect supplier quality data, carry out annual statistical evaluation of supply quality performance, propose improvement objectives and supervise implementation;
Initiation and coordination of quality improvement projects.


A. Education Level: Electrical / mechanical and related major, Bachelor degree;
B. Has experience in the field of power transmission and distribution equipment manufacturing;
C. Familiar with the quality system ISO9001 or ISO/TS 16949, and has the ability to establish and improve the quality control process of the incoming parts;
D. Familiar with mechanical processing, heat treatment, surface treatment, material science (matal, rubber), electronic components manufacturing and other aspects of the basic knowledge;
E. Understand the commonly used quality methods and techniques: APQP, PPAP, FEMA, SPC, MSA, 8D etc;
F. More than 5 years of SQE work experience;
G. Has strong oral and written communication ability and business negotiation ability;
I.  Proactive, flexible, responsible, strong analytical ability and executive ability; able to bear hardships and stand hard work, communication and coordination ability, team spirit.
