The position will be responsible for assisting the HR Manager with all activities related to HR to support the organization, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation initiatives and HR measurements in purpose of supporting substantial business growth as well as comply with the requirements by ISO/TS, EBE, Fresh, Lean initiatives, 5's, Mexican Labor Law Compliance (STPS) and other corporate requirements.
Bachelor degree in administration, business, psychology or similar.
English – language capability, speaking, reading & writing required
1-3 years of experience in Human Resources in the same industry field.
Adept at development and utilization of software solutions
Basic knowledge in compensation.
Basic knowledge in labor law and conflict resolution.
Familiar with recruitment and selection process.
