Recruitment and Training Analyst
This position provides support in functional areas of human resources including training, on-boarding and recruitment activities for hourly personnel. For training, it involves hourly on-boarding activities ensuring new hires new hire training program is executed. The position’s key scope are on recruitment processes including school partnership, talent search, interviewing and placement.
Establishes and implements annual training plan and provides training budget with needs collection and analysis
Maintains training records, evaluates and manages test/examination paper files
Supports HR manager on succession plan completion
Leads in the recruitment and hiring of competent candidates to fill all vacancies on a timely manner to support the operations
Leads in the analysis of plan HC, hiring requests from the requesting departments – ensure alignment and engagement
Lead in establishes and maintains manpower pool and resources including school partnership, talent search, interviewing and placement
Recommends improvement for hiring and training processes to support the changing and demanding business requirements
Assists HRM to conduct retention risk assessment to identify high risky talents and develop action plan to minimize loss
Assists to conducts job rotation, transferring and conversion
Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources
- Excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership skills; Ability to drive results even as an individual contributor
- Interviewing Skills
- Fluent in English and Filipino
- Knowledge of manufacturing operations and requirements
